    I need a countdown clock to add to my sidebar. Does anyone know where I can get a plugin for this or a site where I can go and download a countdown clock to add to to my site. Thanks.

    Do you want a real “clock” looking thing? Or a list of dates in the future that show number of days remaining? There’s a countdown plugin from Owen at https://www.asymptomatic.net – shows a list of events, and counts down the days until….

    I don’t see a countdown there, unless it’s in one of the .swf files that I don’t allow to load….

    Yeah, I viewed the source and it is an swf file.

    Well, hm. All Owen’s does is produce a list of dates, with the attached events, and it counts down one day at a time. Now you might be able to find something fancier/more “modern” on one of the js script sites – sounds like maybe that might be more what you’re looking for….
