Countdown from 23 hours not Date

    Is there a way to have the countdown start at 23 hours everytime the page is visited rather than having the timer countdown to a specific date?

    Maybe, yes.
    It depends on exactly what you mean by ‘everytime the page is visited’

    User 1 visits the page and it starts countdown from 22:59:59. But then what happens when:

    1. Two minutes later user 2 visits the page.
    2. Three minutes later user 1 refreshes the page.
