    Do you use cache plugin? if yes, could you please try exclude our plugin? i think that issue create cache plugin

    Thank you for your response. I don’t see a cache plugin. We don’t have support on this website unfortunately, so I can’t ask a developer either. Or can you tell me where I can find this?

    Dear @antilopeoutdoor,

    Could you please try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check the result.
    Next reason could be one of your plugins affect to countdown plugin.

    Since we have no support on this website, I felt that deactivating the plugins was a risk. Therefore, I first tried creating the page from scratch. And this works, the countdown circle is now shown. So it turned out to be caused by the page.

    I think that comes some of your plugins, and they affect to our plugin.
