Countdown not shown in the real web

  • Hi!

    I’ve installed and configured this plugin in the website I am working on.
    I can see it working in the Elemento page builder but it is not shown in the real page.

    How can this be solved?

    Hello There,

    I’m extremely very sorry for being late to reply. Unfortunately, I missed the email from the plugin.

    The issue might be because of the cache as a lot of users are using my plugin and they haven’t face such issue.

    It would be great if you check again and let me know if you are still facing the issue?
