    Well, it must be a css issue.
    maybe start by removing errors in your JS console.

    those aren’t related to the issue. if i can’t fix this soon i’m switching to a different plugin.

    ok turns out if I set the force load option to carbonite-responsive it’s working as predicted. not sure how that worked but seems to have. great plugin!

    Ah HA! OK, so this happens because some systems do not like the css to be dynamically loaded, and must be loaded in the header section. Sorry, we should have caught that issue at the start. Sunday evening we are not our sharpest.
