Countdown timer issues

    Hi

    I really like your hurrytimer and I’m currently just testing your free version. I’ve had a few issues though:

    1) when I try and end/delete a timer which has already been set it doesn’t seem to remove or clear timer from site.

    2) End one timer manually and add a new one the old one still continues to work on site and new one doesn’t appear.

    3) When the timer ends and the out of stock option is selected it doesn’t work. Still shows item in stock.

    There seems to be a long delay in any changes made and in some cases the changes don’t even happen on the site.

    Any advice and help will be appreciated.

    Sorry for the later response,

    1) when I try and end/delete a timer which has already been set it doesn’t seem to remove or clear timer from site.

    Since the plugin is deleted/deactivated, you need to manually remove shortcodes.

    2) End one timer manually and add a new one the old one still continues to work on site and new one doesn’t appear.

    Can you share the page URL so I can take a closer look?

    3) When the timer ends and the out of stock option is selected it doesn’t work. Still shows item in stock.

    Changing stock status action is not supported in evergreen timers, for one-time timer, the “out of stock” label will show up after page reload.
