    Hi,
since last update of the plugin, the COUNTDOWN widget does not appear anymore on my page when I try to edit it in Elementor. However, the widget does appear on the front end for visitors.

    I can’t figure it out…

I saw some similar posts and you suggested to check the console errors, which I just did now on the Elementor page I’m trying to edit. I see these errors:

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE.NotSameOriginAfterDefaultedToSameOriginByCoep
5Tracking Prevention blocked access to storage for <URL>.
Error with Permissions-Policy header: Origin trial controlled feature not enabled: 'interest-cohort'.

    Hi @martinperreault

Actually, we have not made any recent changes in Premium Countdown widget. I’m not sure what exactly can cause this.

    Could you please try to:

    • Try with all plugins deactivated except Elementor and Premium Addons
    • Try with all elements disabled by navigating to your dashboard -> Premium Addons for Elementor -> Widgets & Addons tab

This would greatly help to let us know if this is coming from the countdown widget itself, or a conflict – on the editor page – with one the installed plugins.

    Thank you for your reply.
As per your suggestion, I disabled plugins and I have found the conflict.

    CONFLICT PLUGIN: essential-addons-for-elementor-lite

When Essential Addons Plugin is activated, then the Premium Countdown Widget does not display on a page being edited by the Admin.
SYMPTOMS: The Premium Countdown Widget is AVAILABLE in the left toolbar options, and it can be inserted in a box, BUT it doesn’t visually display on the page being edited. However, the when the page is saved, the Premium Countdown Widget does display properly on the front end of the website for the visitor.

Should I contact Essential Addons Plugin?

    Hi @martinperreault

Could you please try to deactivate Countdown widget in Essential Addons plugin and let me know if it did the trick?

    Hi @martinperreault

I didn’t hear back from you. I hope everything is going fine with you today.

Essential Addons Plugin just released an update, and Elementor Addon just released an update as well. I don’t know which one of the two fixed the issue, but now the problem is gone.

Clearly the problem was on their end.
Than kyou for your time and support.
