Counter not loading

    Hi,

    We have just installed your plugin on 5 sites but having issues on all of them either not consistently loading the counter number or not loading the counter number at all.

    The options we are using is:
    Places available: single, before content, after content
    Layout options: square

    We’ve tried changing the settings but have not been able to get it working.

    On this site the counter doesn’t load for Facebook or Linkedin although it is shared, the sharing report in the back-end remains blank: https://www.newsday.co.zw/

    Any ideas how we could resolve the issue?

    Hi,

    Further my previous post. I’ve changed the links from http to https in the following two files:

    ./Config/core.php
    ./assets/javascripts/front/app/component-counter-social-share.js

    The counter is loading now in the before content section, but the after content section is still only loading the three dots. There seems to be an issue with counters not loading when the sharing is active before and after content.
