• I have been having issues with the counter offer emails landing in spam folder. The initial email after they submit an offer lands in the inbox fine but when I counter the offer, the next email lands in spam. I have considered altering the counter offer email template to see if that works, is there a way to do this? I did not want to edit the plugin code so I opted for support instead.

    So you are saying that the first offer email ( offer received ) is coming inbox but then you as the admin counter that offer and that email goes to spam? Can you tell me which mail agent you are using and what is the email processor? Is it outlook, gmail, yahoo or your own domain account?

    I m asking all those because I just performed a test on my sandbox site and it all went well without any trouble, all emails came directly to my inbox.
    – Offer received email
    – Seller counter offer response
    – then buy countered that offer and it was again seen in the inbox.

    So, I’m not really sure why you are seeing an email in spam. All I know is that it has to be some settings / filters for spam which might be seeing this as a spam.
    We have managed proper headers for emails so there is no known reason for that behaviour. If you can share some more info on that then we will be happy to make some amends if required.
