• Hello,
when the number of views of an article exceeds 1000 views, the counter returns to 0 on the article display while it continues to count the number of views in the wordpress administration…
How can I get the counter to display the real number of views on the article?
    Thanks for your answer.

    Hi,

The problem might come from outside of the Post Views Counter – most probably your theme or a different plugin is modifying the number format function, which is used by PVC (https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/functions/number_format_i18n/). It is used in order to format the views number for thousands and other larger numbers – that would explain why it gets distorted right after exceeding 1000.

    Hello,
    thank you for your reply.
However, it doesn’t tell me how I can solve this problem?
Your plugin comes standard with my theme and is therefore supposed to be compatible.
    Best regards

Maybe there’s a different plugin responsible for the issue, not the theme – we don’t know that. Just gave you the idea how it works and how this could get affected.
