Counter + Typing text animation

  • Hi,

    I’m having trouble with the “Counter” and “Typing text” blocs. They’re simply not effective. In other words, my starting number swaps to my ending number in 0.1s (not allowing the “animation desired”, though the duration is set at 3sec) ; the typing texts don’t work neither, only the first word of the list is displayed, no “typing” animation.

    Oh, and I’m working on PHP 7.2.22 (which I figured might be the source of the problem)

    Well, the thing is… my site is under maintenance mode and therefore not accessible for the moment :/

    Hi there,

    We might have one idea – recently we updated the theme and added support for?this accessibility feature, where our theme respects device settings regarding animations. So it looks like you have an option turned on that reduces animations for apps/websites.

    To get the animations working here are some common operating system tutorials on how to turn the animations on or off:
