counter value is zero

Seems like the upgrade did not work. Could you please look into the PHP error log and see if there are any errors?

Hi,
This image problem was fixed by removing the code in function.php.

However, if I still update the plugin, the item’s download counter goes to 0.

There are patterns where the total number of downloads is correct, but the number of versions is all 0.

We found the bug about the Version counts, will be fixed in version 4.7.2. You can check the progress here, but I think sometime at the beginning of next week will be released.

Regarding the 0 counter, maybe after the fix you’ll have the correct count, but that filter should work correctly if you have an amount in your post meta. Will need more investigation, but on first sight should be good.

I upgraded the database and added a filter to function.php.

Thanks for the info. Could you please look in the error log and see if there are any errors? Seems like the count increment doesn’t work but there is no error displayed on the front.
