Counterize II stats, “warning” please help

I have been using this plugin on my site for over a month and it has been working perfectly until today when I saw the warning error on the header of my website:

Warning: strpos() [function.strpos]: Empty delimiter in /home1/jasperho/public_html/wp-content/plugins/counterizeii/counterize.php on line 740

What does this mean and how do I fix it??
