Counters are not updating

Have you setup the share count using newsharecounts? if yes please clear the share counts cache this should fetch the new share counts.

Ok. I just deleted the cache and still do not see anything.

Have you developed shortcode for the total shares count yet? As workaround would be for me to just show total shares and have only the buttons without individual counts.

We just checked the share count for twitter using newsharecount

And it is showing 2 share counts. Can you please enable the share count for twitter and see if it shows 2 share count. If not please send us support email to [email protected] and we will help to fix it.

I see that it shows 2 shares on your link.

However when I put your twitter shortcode with the following code I only see 0 shares. I have also cleared the cache and seen the same results.

Note: I am now removing the code so the 0 does not remain there.

Hi Ilike you plugin, but have small problem.

Counter showing stats only if I manualy clear cache. Setup 24 or 10 or 1 hour is not working.

Twiter and google update somehow, facebook still showing 0 stats..

I install many social share plugins. Many of them have similar problems but always with different social providers. At the end, found some simple and working plugin. For now your plugin is deactivated. Thanks for reply!
