    Hello,

    I don’t know what happened but I can now see the counters but they are poorly formatted (very small icon) and settings like size and so on are not available; I can modify counter’s value with no problem.

    Strange things happen there…

    I hope you can help…

    Hello @ecollart,

    Please use this below custom CSS in that counter post then update the post.

    #wpsm_counter_b_row_10961 .wpsm_counterbox .wpsm_count-icon i{ font-size: 28px !important; }

    Let me know if any issue.

    Thanks

    thanks for your reply.

    It is not as nice as it was but that’s already a lot better !

    Any idea why settings are no more usable ?

    Hello,

    custom CSS removed but no visible effect on displayed counters…

    I can’t use Icon Size as Settings are not displayed properly; I have a screenshot if needed but I don’t know how to transfer it to you…

    Thanks a lot for your interest and support

    I actually uninstall your plugin but not just because of this problem I am sure you’ll solve but because of other performance problems that we know now are caused by too many robots from IA crawling the site. Mitigation measures now in place and perf is now back to normal.

    All this to say that I will re-install your plugin once any good news from you…

    Thanks a lot for your efforts
