Counting not correct

My problems was resolve with downgrate to 2.1.4 again. Seem all work fine. Probably it is conflict with 3.5.0 version of wordpress?

Still need help. 2.1.4 count normally 1st day, but the 2nd one again freeze. (show one old topic with 4 visitors, one more with 3, and other old again with one….) which is not true. If I upload new topic today will start to count normally but on next day …nope.

I’m back to 2.3.2 but have same problem which was describe in my topic one. … Hector please help!

Hi there,

The plugin seems to be having some issues with WordPress 3.5. I haven’t had time to check, though, hence why the plugin stills states that its compatible up to WordPress 3.4.2.

I have some spare time today, will be checking the problem in a couple of hours.

Time Range: 24h
Display post excerpt [?] V
Keep text format and links [?] V 66 chaters
Post type(s): post
Category(ies) ID(s):4,10,3,7,8,57,27
Display post thumbnail [?]: V 75×50
Display date: V
{image} {title}: {summary}…
{stats}

Alright, are you sorting your posts by comments or by views count? Also, in the Stats screen, how are you sorting the posts?

sorting is by views… I use facebook for comments.
Sorting is by total views

So if I understand corectly the problem is that the views count has stopped updating, is that right? In your wp-admin > Settings > WordPress Popular Posts page the stats are also ordered by total views? Also, can you please share your site’s URL so I can go there a take a look?

Because of not correct data, was necesesary to disable the plugin.

Now I atctivate it again for you… and you can see in only on page: https://www.elhovonews.info/?page_id=7117 -> 2nd Middle footer.

I just start the plugin for you and all data was reset.

In wp-admin > Settings > WordPress Popular Posts page ordering is also: “Order by views”.

Like I said.. I did test the plugin for two days only. On the 2nd day the 24h data was same as 7 day, 30 day and all days data… which is not normall.

The 1st middle footer widget is do same but is work now on plugin “Recently Popular Plugin” which I have isntall today… but I prefer your plugin as have good admin stats.

Can you please change the widget so it shows the views count as well? Need to check if it’s updating the views count to the database.

yea .. ok

Just checked this link and it is updating the views count to the database (8 views). Does it show in the stats?

You can see views now. I have change the plugin to show 10 post not only 3.

P.S: So far what I uderstand is … pluging counting is ok, but there is somthing wrong when calulated date only for certan time range.
