Countries Drop-down Selector to restrict categories visibility

  • I am tires searching for a solution that makes the following process:

    1- Drop-down shipping country selector on top bar (only for shipping countries) (displaying Flags is preferable too)
    2- Use the chosen country as the shipping country for checkout
    3- Categories visibility based on chosen country ( if invisible : display a custom message in the category page)

    * Default country = based on user IP or (a specific country)

    I have tried some plugins, but they were insufficient to do this so.

    Anyone smart can figure this out ?
