Countries / State are all gone.

In woocommerce settings, the store address, and “Sell to specific countries” only shows “No matches found”. When I go to checkout page I see it gives a bunch of no options for selecting countries. As in, I can scroll, but all the options are blank.

I haven’t made any major changes. I don’t know… everything is up-to-date. My theme (Flatsome), and a bunch of my plugins (and I think WP aswell) have all been updated recently. But I see that nobody else is having this issue??
