Country and region selector not working properly

  • At checkout, the country and region selector are not woocommerce based but they are browser based. How can I roll back to the standard one?

    In particular, it happens only for not logged users and only with multi step checkout.

    How to reproduce:
    1. Go to the link provided
    2. add the product to the cart, and then go to checkout
    3. do not login and click on next
    4. trying to select the region will use the browser-specific selector: it won’t be possible to search for a specific region.
