    Hey guys,

Not sure what the issue is here, but the dropdown select fields for Country and for Province/State don’t work on my iPhone. I haven’t tested on iPad yet, but I assume its the same.

    Here’s a link to my client’s shop: https://iconiccnc.harbrdev.net/products/

Adding an item to the cart and going to the checkout page, these two fields don’t respond to my “taps”.

It works as expected on the desktop though… Anyone have any input? Is this a bug?

    Here’s my system status:

    Hi Josh,

I’m thinking there is something on your website specifically that is causing this error.

Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Twelve Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

Hmmm – I should’ve thought of that first. I tried swapping themes, and you’re right. They seem to work just fine now. So I guess I’ll have to go through my scripts and CSS to see if I can find the culprit.

    Thanks for the input.

Hey Josh, What did you find as the culprit? I believe I’m dealing with the same problem.

Me too. Anyone have an answer to this. I have been struggling to find a solution for weeks now. I have removed all of my plugins and slowly put them back but the problem remains.

    Hey there,

I just came across this post that seems to have worked for me.

Oh Thank goodness @atmacmillan! Thanks a ton. That worked for me.
