Country and User IP not showing up

  • Hi I have installed the plugin,

    It is showing all the visits but its not showing the country and IP address of the user and also Map is not working all the counts showing Zero only.

    I enabled the Geo IP from the settings too.

    But its not showing up any data related to from which country user is accessing and IP address.

    WP version 5.5.2
    Plugin Version 12.6.13
