Country blocking suddenly blocking access

We had the same settings for about a year with WF Premium. I set it up to block all countries except USA where I like and where we do business. Didn’t have any issues until about 2 days ago, now getting a block message. Oddly I can access the site from my office thankfully, but not from mobile or my other computers at home and other customers also told me they can’t access the site. If I clear out country blocking, the the site works. So I think the issue is there but I dont know what changed or why. I have used the WF Assistant and cleared out blocked IP’s and such then turned the country blocking back on and its still blocking me. Seemingly everywhere except for my office. I did even try to whitelist my IP address at home and that didn’t allow me to access. Please help!
