Country Change

Without WooCommerce Block plugin we ofenly use jQuery(‘body’).trigger(‘update_checkout’) to refresh checkout information. Is there any possibility to refresh information of checkout using any event for trigger. Currently we change the country of shipping programmatically but there is no any event to add the country until i add it manually.
