Country code is not Visible when page load

Hello,

In my site i used Country & Phone Field Contact Form 7 plugin for phone number field.

But when i load the page, in the contact form country code is not visible, but after i click in that input box to enter a phone number, the country code is appear at that time. Please refer below SS,

When page load,
