COuntry code output in email template

Hello, maybe I am missing something here, but how do I retrieve the selected country code for my phone number and display it in my email?

[phonetext* phonetext placeholder “Telefon *”]

In my mail I place [phonetext] but this shortcode displays only the phone number entered manually by the client, I cannot see the prefix (country code). How to retrieve this one please? Thank you a lot!
