Country detection widget for all users

Hi, I need the country detection widget on the shop page, so that users can change their shipping location to see products. Instead of using geolocation to detect, this widget is better as a customer who lives in japan, currently may stay in USA and wants to shop for japan, but due to geolocation, he will not be able to see the products available for japan. So I think you should condsider adding this widget for all users.

Is this widget available in the pro version, not for admin only but for all users.
