    Hi,

    The country drop-down hasn’t been included directly into the form builder since the list may be different in different languages or in services not available to all countries. We are evaluating other solutions for future versions of the plugin.

    In the developer and platinum versions of the plugin (some of the commercial versions) you can load the drop-down values from a database or a CSV file, so in that case you can load the countries from an existing third party list: https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/calendars/booking-calendar-contact-form#download
