Country dropdown not populating

Hi.

Firstly, congratulations for your plugins.

Now, my question. I have seen this topic:

And I think I’m having almost the same problem. The difference is: I first installed both the Geotargeting and the Popups plugins, and the country dropdown worked as intended. But then I deactivated the geotargeting plugin and activated it again, and it stopped working. I can’t select the country in the Popups settings, because the country dropdown is not populating. I feel stupid because at first it was working, and I guess it still would if I hadn’t deactivated the Geotargeting plugin.

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall both plugins, in different orders, and it just doesn’t work. I uninstalled Popups plugin with the option “delete all data on uninstall” and it still doesn’t work.

If you could help me, I would apreciate it so much.
