Country Inclusion/Exclusion not working

    I would like to disallow all non-USA country hits from appearing on the Visitors statistics, however when I place the code US in the Inclusions box of the Exclusions tab I still get hits from all countries around the world. Downloaded and installed Version 12.

    Have you enabled the GeoIP code?

    Thanks Greg, I had to enable GeoIP on the Settings>Externals page. I appreciate the response. – Bill

    Using the current version, I still have an issue excluding countries from statistics. On the Exclusions tab in the GeoIP Exclusions section, I have all countries (2 letter ISO code) except US and CA listed in Excluded Countries List and just US and CA on the Included Countries list List… all on separate lines … but I still see visitors from excluded counties on the Recent Visitors list.

    What am i missing?
