• Hi there, I’m trying to use your plugin to specify a person’s nationality and their international telephone number. I’ve followed your instructions, but it seems this will only work for one field or the other but not both fields on the same form. I see from previous support topics that you mention issues with Elementor… and that’s what I’m using. In the meantime, I’ve had to upload a second plugin for the international telephone number, but this is not an ideal solution, when your plugin can handle both. Please could you look into this and see if you can resolve the issue? Many thanks.

    Hello @tarynmc

Thank you for using the plugin. I trying to review the shared URL. It is not working. It is redirecting on home page. Kindly share link of the form. I will try to check the issue.

    Regards
    Narinder.

Hi Narinder, thank you for your reply. As mentioned, I’ve had to add a second plugin to handle the international telephone number. I’ve also added in further conditional logic where a second passenger’s information is required if you click the “Add passenger” option. Again, your plugin only seems to work for the first passenger’s nationality and not for the second passenger’s. The URL is https://okavangoscenicflights.com/passenger-information/. I think when you tried to view this URL there was a conflict between another plugin and Elementor, which was why you were being redirected to the home page. Hopefully I’ve resolved that now.
