Country missing in order confirmation emails

I understand that the country is missing in the Order Confirmation Email.

Is there any pattern to this? Is it for certain products or customers, for example, or does it seem to be completely random?

No there is no pattern to this. It seems to be always happening for order confirmation email.

This is how the default order confirmation email is created. However, you can have the country shown as discussed here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/22158
