Country not getting passed to Address field in MC

    I’ve got everything working nicely except that our contact form has a dropdown menu option for the sender’s country. I’ve mapped that to mc4wp-address mc4wp-country and even mc4wp-MERGE7 and while everything gets injected into my MC list just fine, the country data never gets through…or at least it never shows up in in the MC list?

    Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong?

    Mailchimp has strict validation the field of type “address”. Everything (street, zip, state) needs to be filled or it will not accept it.

    I suggest to use normal text field instead.

    But I’m able to import from a CSV into mailchimp and only include Country and it works just fine? I do that all the time.

    The validation on import is different than on the API.
