    Hey,

i got the problem that apparently since some update customers cant change the country anymore during checkout. It doesn’t matter whether location is pre-filled with shop-location, geotargetted or nothing filled in at all. The problem seemed to appear some weeks/months ago with an update but i didn’t notice until now, because the issue seems to be limited to non-mobile browsers.

Switching the theme solves the issue, but the problem is: i cant just change the theme right away, so i need help fixing the issue, while working on the page with a new theme.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Best,

    Johannes

    Hello ?? Johannes @klappradfahrer,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Given that switching the theme resolves the issue, it seems like the problem might be related to a conflict between your current theme and the WooCommerce plugin.

Here’s what you can try to solve this issue:

    1. I recommend updating your WooCommerce plugin to the latest version.
    2. Check if your current theme has any pending updates. If so, apply these updates and check if the problem persists.
    3. If the issue continues, try disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a conflict. If the problem is resolved, enable the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one.
    4. If none of these steps work, you might want to consider reaching out to the developer of your theme for further assistance, as the issue might be specific to the theme itself.

Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance. We’re here to help!

    Hey @ckadenge ,

thank you for your quick response. 50 plugins later i found the one causing the error.

Its “Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce” – Do i have to reach out to the developer or do you think you can help there too?

    Hi @klappradfahrer,

Thanks again for getting back with further details on this.

50 plugins later i found the one causing the error.

I’m glad you were able to find the culprit, which is Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce.

Do i have to reach out to the developer or do you think you can help there too?

As this is a third-party plugin, I strongly recommend reaching out to their support team as they’re better placed to help in solving the issue with their plugin.

With that said, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    All the best!
