    I realize you closed a topic with this question as ‘resolved’ and I read the entire thing but I can’t uninstall WordPress or edit code or any of that. If I could do any of that, I would be a coder not a writer trying to set up a Woocommerce store using your plug-in. I don’t know what to do. I can’t get past the first page because your wizard doesn’t let me enter or select a country. There is no drop-down menu. Please don’t tell me to write code or overhaul my system. I can’t do any of that.

    If I am understanding correctly, are you trying to make a brand new installation of WooCommerce? Or did you already have it installed before?

    Under normal conditions there should not be any trouble selecting a country on the first page in the Store Profiler. Here is your guide to the setup wizard: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-setup-wizard/#where-is-your-store-based

    May I know if you are getting an error when trying to select a country? What is happening? If you could share a screenshot that shows the problem, that would be helpful.     Please don’t tell me to write code or overhaul my system. I can’t do any of that.

    The wizard is meant to simplify the user’s job, not to complicate it ??

    Hello. Thank you so much for replying. The country/region box simply has no drop down menu and you can’t type in it. There is nothing to show.

    I’m trying to do the settings manually and it is taking a long time.

    In between time, I’m setting up other features so any help you care to give would be grand. Thank you.

    The country/region box simply has no drop down menu and you can’t type in it. There is nothing to show.

    Have you checked if the issue persists when you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch your theme to Storefront? This can rule out any plugin/theme conflicts.

    You can RUN the setup wizard again by following the steps below…

    • Go to any of the WooCommerce pages in the WordPress Admin.
    • Select “Help” at the top-right corner.
    • Choose the “Setup Wizard” tab.
