Counts and Comments not to see anymore

Try clearing the website cache due to Autoptimize plugin. If that doesn’t work, try deactivating the Autoptimize plugin, just to check if that is causing the problem. Let us know how it goes.

@heateor: adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to a URL will show a page with autoptimize disabled, that might make support easier for your autoptimized customers ??

@horoskope; given the “jQuery is not defined error” on the browser console, you have some autoptimize JS troubleshooting to do, cfr. FAQ. excluding js/jquery/jquery.js would be the first step ??

@horoskope: If you append ?ao_noptimize=1 to any of your webpage urls, you will see that share counts are appearing. So this is something related to caching of Javascript files of our plugin.
