Counts Not Displaying

    I have selected “Yes” to show counts, and have selected FB, Twitter, YouTube, G+, Pinterest and IG below that with the appropriate URLs, etc. but the likes/subscribers, etc. are not displaying. we have a good # following on each…

    page is not visible because the site is under construction. I send you a screenshot of my settings if that is helpful.

    Ok, that could be the reason: if your site is not live it may not be possible to retrieve the counts. If you give it manual counts, does it display then?

    Thank you for your quick response. I think so – I used manual for Twitter, but I will check tomorrow for the rest and reply.

    I turned off under construction – no change.

    P.S. Temporarily changing setting – I’m entering manually for now to keep client happy. Still want to count auto feed to work. I look forward to hearing back from you
