    Hi,
    couple question:
    how to change the operator name? (i don’t want to show the user name by default. i want to be able to change it to any other name)

    how to change the default avatar? ( i am using multisite so i want to be able change it by the site option and not replace the “default-avatar-admin.png”)

    how to change the chat button poison? i see the poison is hard coded by JS.

    i want that the chat button will appear on other poison.
