Coupon amount not showing in cart or checkout

  • Hi,

    We have recently noticed that the coupon value/amount doesn’t display in the shopping cart or checkout. It shows the coupon description and the coupon itself is successful but that’s it.

    The coupon value/amount does however show up in the minicart. This is a separate minicart plugin however.

    If you temporarily disable our plugin but keep the coupon in the cart, does the discount display?

    If you temporarily switch to a default plugin (like storefront) does the discount display?

    Hey thanks for the reply.

    We have disabled the plugin and switched to a default plugin and the discount value doesn’t show. It does however show the option to remove the discount. Not what we want however.

    Not really. This means the issue is not related to our plugin. It’s either another plugin or your theme causing this.
