Coupon Apply Button not working

    The Coupon Apply Button is not working, the wheel spin and nothng happen. I tried with different coupons and also with no existins coupons, nothing change.

    The button has this id=
    wpec-redeem-coupon-btn-paypal_button_0

    If I close the pop-up abd open again, the whell is still spining.

    In the Chrome Console I can find this RENSPONSE :{“success”:true,”code”:”FREE”,”discount”:”100″,”discountType”:”perc”,”discountStr”:”FREE: – 100%”}

    What can I do, to debug or to collect some informations usefull for you?

    Ok, I found that the problem is the theme, but most of the themes have this problem. Some time, a Theme that is working, suddendly is not more working.

    I updated with recent version but not changes.

    I updated with recent version but not changes.

    If you are referring to the latest plugin version, then unfortunately your issue will not be resolved. The latest version 2.1.7 addresses the following issues.

    2.1.7

- Improved the variation product’s price tag related classes.
- The donation type product will continue to show the PayPal checkout button even when the default price is set at $0.

    Unfortunately we don’t control theme issues. You will need to speak to your theme developers about this issue.
