Coupon being Fixed Dollar Amount Rather than a Percentate

I’ve looked through the setup – and see that the setup calls for a percentage of the product price instead of a fixed dollar amount. Is it possible to have a fix dollar amount and have the plugin behave the way it does in the cart … lining out the price with the new price once the coupon has been applied.
