    I created a coupon but it doesn’t automatically add it to the cart even though I have that box checked to do so.

    Also, how do we change the wording DUMMY-COPUON in the email that is sent?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It seems that you have checked the test email. In the test email, the coupon that named ‘Dummy Coupon’ is not the real coupon and will not apply to checkout automatically. It is the dummy coupon.

    In real-time plugin creates the new unique coupon and send it to the users, and it will automatically apply to the checkout if you enable the auto-apply coupon option from settings.
