    hi,

    i’m using Abandon Cart Lite, in email i can’t see coupon code, i tryed using “generate unique coupon codes” or “Enter a coupon code to add into email:” but no code in email, why?

    Hi @memwebproject,

    We are sorry for the delay in response.

    Are you expecting coupon code in test email? The coupon code won’t be generated in Test email. You will have to abandon a cart and wait for the abandoned cart email. In this email, you will see auto-generated coupon code.

    I have checked this at our end and the coupon code is displaying in both these cases in the reminder email.

    Can you please make sure whether you have added the merge tag {{coupon.code}} in the email template?

    This merge tag needs to be present in the reminder email to generate the coupon code and send it to customers in the reminder email. Please set up the same if you haven’t already and let us know if the coupon code is displaying in the reminder email or not.

    If you have added this merge tag in the email template already and still the coupon code is not displaying for you then please drop us an email at
