Coupon code bypasses paygate

    Hallo

    I’ve used (100%) coupon codes before with success – the new user was registered and the payment gateway was bypassed (ie no payment was made, which is correct)

    Last week a customer complained that a partial coupon was accepted on the registration page, but when she was directed to the payment gateway the full amount was still being displayed. (ie coupon wasn’t applied at payment gateway)

    Then my website was migrated to another hosting company.

    Today I tried to replicate the problem, but now the partial coupon is applied on the registration page (which is correct) BUT the payment gateway is bypassed AND the user was registered (meaning no payment was made – which is incorrect)

    I’m trying to ascertain where the problem might lie
