you should create separate rule for each case.

use section “Filter by Products” to limit product discount.

Thanks, I thought I can do it with one rule, I can use regular coupons.

You need to create the WC coupon with 0 amount, next to create 3 same rule https://snipboard.io/UpEWn6.jpg, but the “Coupons applied” parameter is a part of pro version.
