Coupon code not valid

    I have the coupon box for WooCommerce installed and it has been working fine until now. My customers are complaining that when they enter the code the system is accepting it but when they checkout and after the payment has been completed they see a message saying that the code was invalid and therefore has been removed from the cart.
    I can’t seem to find any mistakes on the Settings and as I said, it was working fine until two days ago.

    Hi,

    Which coupon type are you using, the existing or unique coupon?
    Please check the coupon configuration (Coupon Expire date). And are you installing custom WooCommerce coupon plugin which may cause this problem.
    It’d better check with WooCommerce and our plugin to see if this problem still persists.
