    Hi

    I am trying to get the coupon codes to work there seems to be x2 things not working, the error messages aren’t coming up when an invalid coupon is used and secondly everytime 1 coupon is used it can’t be used again and disapears from the list in the admin tool.

    I’ve set the quantity of the coupon to more than 1 (i.e 50) but it still can not be used more than once.

    Is this supposed to happen so do I need to enter lots of coupons and are they only valid once?

    Thanks for reporting this.

    I only took this plugin over a couple of months ago and haven’t looked at coupons in detail, butI have been able to replicate your issue, so will add it to the bug list and get back to you.

    5.7.3 just released fixed the error message for coupons.

    Coupons are not currently disappearing from the list let me know is they are.

    One thing to note – expiry is positional ( not great UI ) so if slot 1 is expired due to usage, you cant re-use slot 1 – unless you do the following, change qty to a large value e.g. 9999 and save it, then change it back to unlimited by setting the qty to blank, and re save it. This should solve the expired coupon issue you may have.

    Sadly its still not working for me – I set the coupon to 999 options but every time I add the coupon it just disappears from the interface.

    If I enter an invalid code there is no error message too.

    Cheers for looking at it so quickly though…

    I know it is a silly question – but are you sure you upgraded? As the prior version had a very obvious bug stopping the display of the error message.

    ( I can’t check your version as you didn’t opt in otherwise I’d be able to support you better )
