Coupon code(s)

Hello, I’m using coupon codes under woo commerce. if I’m going to set a 1 coupon code and unlimited user can use that code. is there any issue about ip address? because i make a sample and first try using that coupon code its work but when i use that again and the same pc/computer the “coupon code is already used” that is message. Then i try to other pc it works again. is there any ip address issue about coupon code(s)?.
