Coupon Codes Not Working After Updates

  • Hello, I am making an assumption that the cause of the problem was the updates. Both WordPress and Divi (theme being used) have updated in the past week since the last time the coupon functionality was last used without issue. Actually was a few days apart. Most recent customer tried to apply coupon and emailed that it was not working. I tested on my end and could not get it to work as well. Of course I checked expiration date but that was fine. Site is https://www.zumbaconmigo.com. All coupon codes not working. But in particular was trying “tryb4” code for the single day pass ($10 value). Code should give a 100% discount, allowing user to get a free trial pass. The code “google” should also work in the same way. Thank you in advance! -Tim

  • @lucmiapro it’s most likely the theme Divi. I’ve seen a lot of reports in the last week about serious issues with the latest release of Divi.

    You can check to see if it is the theme by temporarily switching your site to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Sixteen).

    If the site works with a default theme, then it is definitely another issue with Divi and you’ll need to contact their support.
