    Hi,
    I have set up a coupon that should be restricted to an email address only. I am creating coupon from Admin itself, not from vendors.

    The problem is that it is applied irrespective of the email address entered while also working for logged-out users.

    Hey @vishakhanehe,

    Can you share screenshots of the coupon settings so I can take a look? The settings from “Usage restrictions” and “Usage limits” are what I’m mostly interested in, but the info in the “General” tab of the coupon would also be helpful to see.

    The coupon setup looks good so I suspect something else is changing the coupon behavior on the site.

    Can you share the System Status Report for the site? You can get it on the WooCommerce > Status page.

    Hi @vishakhanehe,

    Just checking if you had a chance to share your System Status Report so we can have a look at your configuration.

    I’d like to point out that the coupon is actually applied in the cart if you enter a different email. When you’re checking out then you’ll get a warning that the applied coupon is not valid for that email. This is the expected behavior though. Let me know if you can replicate this.
