Customers using Internet Explorer get an error that the coupon code does not exist. However, when using the same code in Chrome, the coupon exists and applies accurately. What could be causing this?

    Hi there,

Can you advise what specific version of Internet Explorer you’re testing with?

@freezemn Were you able to find a resolution to this issue? There should be no difference between browsers with coupons, as the same data should be submitted regardless of browser.

Is it possible there’s a user restriction on the coupon and one browser is logged in and the other isn’t? For instance, if only a certain user can use it, and IE is not logged in, they would get an error. Or, on the other hand, if they are logged in on IE and the restriction is once per user, they could get the error if they have already used it.

    Hi @freezemn,

We have not heard back from you in a while, so I am going to go ahead and close this thread. If you are still experiencing issues please open a new thread and let us know.

    Cheers!
